Join hosts Beth Bersot and Jenny Shanks for a sacred evening designed to help you rest, receive, and realign under the radiant energy of the longest day of the year. We’ll begin with a guided meditation to attune to the powerful solstice energy, followed by a deeply restorative sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls and the gentle, healing touch of group Reiki.

Let the soothing vibrations of the singing bowls relax your mind and release emotional tension, while Reiki energy supports your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being—creating space for peace, clarity, and harmony within.
