Sacred Shadow Festival is a one day, immersive gathering exploring the intersections of body, mind, and soul through movement, education, creative expression, and meaningful conversation. Designed as a trauma informed, sober experience for adults 21+, the festival features workshops, keynote speakers, healing practitioners, interactive experiences, live performances, and opportunities for genuine connection throughout the beautiful grounds of Valaterra. Participants are invited to explore personal growth, community, and curiosity in a supportive environment that honors both light and shadow.
