A FREE RETREAT for Healers and Helpers

As healers and helpers, you give so much of yourself to others every single day. You hold space, carry stories, and support healing in countless ways. But who holds space for you? This retreat was created to give back to the givers—to offer a day dedicated to your rest, renewal, and connection.

At As You Are, we have been blessed by the generosity of Valaterra Retreat Center and many providers who want to make this a wonderful, restorative day for you. Reiki healing, tarot card readings, mini-chair massages, hiking trails, and a walking labyrinth will all be available to you at no cost!

Here’s what you can look forward to throughout the day:

Mindfulness
 Begin the day with guided practices designed to calm your nervous system, release tension, and invite presence.

Creative & Restorative Activities
 Explore simple, expressive activities that awaken your creativity, engage your senses, and allow your inner self to express and rest. Materials are provided, and participation is always optional.

Connection & Community
 Spend time with fellow therapists and helpers in an atmosphere of authenticity and support. This is a space to connect without hierarchy or expectation—a chance to feel seen, heard, and understood.

Unstructured Quiet Time
 Enjoy moments of stillness to journal, reflect, or simply rest in a peaceful environment.
